SuperPagr doesn't just produce a schedule: the engine explains its choices, flags its blockers and guides your decisions. This assistance is built directly into the generation and assignment screens, not into a separate chatbot.

Infeasibility diagnosis

When no schedule can satisfy every rule, SuperPagr automatically identifies the minimal subset of conflicting rules and suggests a concrete action (relax a rule, open a skill, review an unavailability).

Real-time eligibility score

During a manual assignment, participants are ranked by a score that combines declared availability, rule compliance, fairness and required skills — you always see who the best choice is, and why.

Fairness explained

Gini coefficient, FTE standard deviation, gap to quota: each fairness metric comes with contextual help explaining what it measures and how to improve it.

Generation presets

Ready-to-use configurations ("teaching hospital ER", "small private practice"…) capitalize on settings that work, reusable in one click on a new schedule.

Why not a chatbot?

An on-call schedule is a regulated decision: we prefer verifiable assistance, built into the right place in the workflow, rather than a natural-language answer that would then need to be double-checked.
